We think that the Okinawa sea is unsurpassable, but the lagoon has 2 important functions:
1) offer a 365 day/year beach alternative, given that the high tide fills the natural beach for several hours every day
2) provide an exclusive “private beach experience” to a selected 25 rooms
Lagoon size is 2.8 hectares (6.9 acres)
Rooms range from 53m2 to 107m2 (1bay, 1.5bay, 2bay)
Financials of the project are roughly 22 million USD for the land and 120 million USD for the lagoon, buildings, and landscaping.
